PHILADELPHIA (November 21, 2017) – CARDONE Industries, a family-owned leader in the automotive aftermarket, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the controlling interest in ADP Distributors. ADP is the parent company of Rotomaster, a global brand and manufacturer of new and remanufactured turbochargers, service kits, cartridges and components. This acquisition, combined with CARDONE’s own broad catalog and competitive blend of products, makes CARDONE the largest aftermarket manufacturer in this growing space.

Rotomaster is headquartered in Vancouver and also has facilities in Toronto, Phoenix, AZ, Seattle, WA, Spain and China. Rotomaster provides high-quality turbochargers and accessories for cars and other light-duty vehicles, as well as heavy-duty, off-road and marine applications. Gowisnock noted, “The addition of Rotomaster not only increases our turbo manufacturing capabilities, but it provides CARDONE with valuable inroads to new markets outside the automotive aftermarket.”

Rotomaster General Manager Garret Wiebe will continue in his role, leading this new division of CARDONE and will also serve in an expanded leadership capacity for CARDONE, reporting directly to Gowisnock. “We’re excited to begin this new era for ADP and Rotomaster,” Wiebe said. “CARDONE’s unique culture and strong values exhibited throughout the business are a natural fit for us, and its infrastructure and years of industry experience and best practices will help us take our products and services to the next level and beyond.”
